SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 5 business days for you order to be processed for shipping. In most cases, items will ship within 2 business days, however there may be times when order volumes can be higher than expected at certain times of the year. 

Orders placed on the weekend, holidays and after 12 PM EST begin processing on the next business day.

LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS

Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. If for ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/lost in U.S mail FOR THE JAWNS is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you placed an order and realized that an error has been made, please email us at info@forthejawns.com within 1 hour of the order being placed and we can make the necessary adjustments for you. Once we have began processing your order it may be difficult to accommodate any changes.
