*VERY IMPORTANT* The more letters you want included, the smaller the font will be. If you have any design questions or would like a mockup sent to you before purchasing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will gladly provide you with one. Once a custom item is made, item CANNOT be returned because you do not like the design.
How long does it take for items to ship?
Items take up to 7 business days to be processed for shipping. Then you should add the shipping time from the method you chose on top of that. Orders placed on the weekend, holidays and after 12 PM EST begin processing on the next business day. *PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING AS WE WORK THROUGH NEW COVID-19 GUIDELINES AND PARTNER CLOSURES*
Can I return or exchange?
All items are made to order. Since every product is made when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check out the product's size chart in product description before ordering or send us an email for questions at email@example.com.
All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Can I make changes to my order?
In most cases, once you've placed your order, our team will have already started processing it. So we would be unable to make any changes. If you have a change shortly after order is placed, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and change. We will try our best to accommodate the change.

How does For The Jawns merch fit?
All FTJ merch is unisex. We recommend men selecting their typical size and women sizing one down.
Where's my package?
If it is past 7 business days since you have placed order and you have not received a tracking number, please email email@example.com. In most cases there was an error in sending tracking number. If you have received a tracking number and have not received package, please check in with your local post office. Signatures are not required for package. If you live somewhere that if the package is left at door it may be stolen, we recommend arranging for the post office to hold package at your local office. We are not responsible for package once it is delivered.
