RETURN POLICY

NEED TO RETURN?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned. No worries! Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. Items must be in original condition it was received. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost. We do not process exchanges.

ALL SALE ITEMS, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, AND CUSTOMIZABLE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS. 


HOW TO RETURN?

You must email info@forthejawns.com  and let us know the reason for your return. Please include your order number in your email. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date. You will be provided with the return information. Once your item(s) have been received, we will process your return and issue a FTJ Gift Card.

I WAS EMAILED FROM YOUR FRAUD DEPARTMENT ASKING FOR MY ID AND CARD USED. WHY WAS THIS? 

Due to the influx of fraudulent activity, we are taking the extra steps to protect you as a member of the JAWN SOCIETY and us as a company. If your order is flagged for potential fraud, we will provide you with the reason for the flag and kindly request that you provide us a copy of your ID and the card you used to purchase the order. If you fail to provide us with the necessary documents, unfortunately your order will be canceled.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you placed an order and realized that an error has been made, please email us at info@forthejawns.com within 24 hours of the order being placed and we can make the necessary adjustments for you. Once we have began processing your order it may be difficult to accommodate any changes.
